2.1 Eligibility

Our Platform is exclusively for licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and authorized pharmaceutical distributors. You must:

• Hold valid licenses to purchase and distribute pharmaceutical products
• Provide accurate business registration documents
• Maintain current professional certifications
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations

2.2 Account Verification

All business accounts require verification before activation. You must provide:

• Valid business registration certificate
• Professional licenses (pharmacy, medical, etc.)
• Tax identification numbers
• Authorized representative identification

3.1 Order Placement

Orders placed through the Platform are subject to:

• Product availability and stock levels
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) where applicable
• Credit approval and payment terms
• Regulatory compliance verification

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on your approved business tier and may include volume discounts. Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month.

3.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed. Cancellation of processed orders may incur restocking fees.

4.1 Product Standards

All products meet or exceed FDA, USP, and other applicable regulatory standards. We maintain:

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance
• Proper cold chain management for temperature-sensitive products
• Batch tracking and traceability systems
• Quality assurance documentation

4.2 Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the purchase, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

We provide secure shipping through certified pharmaceutical logistics partners. Delivery times vary by location and product type. Temperature-controlled shipping is available for sensitive products.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. You must inspect shipments immediately and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are limited to:

• Manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours
• Shipping damage with proper documentation
• Incorrect products shipped (our error)

Products cannot be returned once opened or if cold chain integrity has been compromised.
